What type of leather do you use?

Vegetable tanned leather. The recipe for this type of leather = tannins (from tree bark) + U.S. steer hides + time (~1-3 months). We use only Hermann Oak Leather, a tannery which has been in business since 1881.

Where are your products made?

Made in the USA and more specifically Madison, WI.

What type of payment do you accept?

PayPal. All you need is a credit/debit card. You do not even need to set up an account to purchase through PayPal.

How do you ship?

USPS. All orders will be shipped within 2 weeks unless stated otherwise.

Can I return an item?

Yes. As long as the item is unused and in original condition we will gladly accept your return. Step 1: Email us and let us know who you are and the item you wish to return. Step 2: Mail your return to us in a prepaid package. We cannot be responsible for lost packages so we suggest tracking and/or insuring your return. Step 3: We will issue a full refund (including initial shipping cost) to your credit/debit card through PayPal.

Are there additional customs fees and/or taxes on international orders?

If you are an international customer, you may incur additional customs fees and/or taxes through your local mail carrier. EU customers can find more on this topic here.
